By accessing the Archive of Korean Artists in America (the “AKAA”), You agree to all terms of use contained below. If You do not agree to the terms, You must discontinue Your use immediately. Materials from the Archive of Korean Artists in America (“AKAA”) are made available for limited non-commercial, educational, research, and personal use only. AKAA and various third parties hold and enforce copyright to the Archive Materials.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS Users are legally obligated to comply fully with all applicable United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws and must obtain written permission from all legal owners before use. Permission to examine or duplicate materials does not authorize their reproduction, publication, or dissemination.
